Orders & Payment

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Items are produced specifically for your order

• Production and shipping timelines may vary

• Fulfillment is subject to Printify’s production capabilities

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Vine & Branch Works is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Color preference

• Change of mind

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
