At Vine & Branch Works, every item is created with purpose, prayer, and care. Because our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner (Printify), each item is made specifically for your order.

Please review the policy below before purchasing.

 

Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions prior to placing an order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will work directly with our fulfillment partner (Printify) to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Print or Production Errors

In the event of a printing or production error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will submit a claim with our print provider and resolve the issue accordingly.

 

Shipping & Carrier Issues

Shipping times may vary due to production and carrier transit times.

Vine & Branch Works is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Orders returned due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
